I have over 15 years of Safety experience, spanning across many industries including manufacturing, distribution, utilities, hospitality, construction, and even entertainment. This has given me the expertise to be able to learn your unique business and needs, and know how to apply all applicable safety requirements in a way that makes sense. I don't point out problems, dust my hands off and leave. I make sure your company knows not only what's required, but also the WHY behind it. This ensures that your safety program is sustainable and is working safe not because someone is watching over their shoulder, but because they are personally vested in being safe! I am an expert at designing a tailored safety programs, training programs, and policies, with the goal of setting your company up for long term success. I have improved existing programs, and I have done entire safety programs from the ground up!
I can look at your program as a whole, or if you have a specific area of your safety program to improve or create, I'm your guy! I have created Injury and Illness Prevention Plans (IIPP), policies for Lockout/Tagout, Hazcom (GHS Compliance), Defensive Driving, Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, Confined Space Entry, New Hire Safety, PPE, Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Heat Illness Prevention, Ergonomics, Fire Prevention, Job Hazard Analysis and Job Safety Analysis (JHA/JSA), and more! I know it's a big list, but I'm a subject matter expert for all of these topics, and have created, rolled out, and trained workforces for all of these areas.
